Your invoice is saved and ready to be downloaded under ‘My account’ – ‘All orders’.

Data messages and attachments: .jpg, .jpeg,. .png, .doc,. docx, .stl, .pdf, .tif, .bmp, .zip, .xls, .xlsx, .rar, .dcm, .mp3, .pages, .numbers, .key etc. A maximum of 200MB in up to 20 attachments can be sent in a single message.

The message must contain a valid email address for the receiver and a subject line.

The service is secured on several levels. Firstly, the data transfer between the client and the server is secured using HTTPS. This guarantees protection against so called man-in-the-middle attacks, where someone intercepts your communication and reads the data you are transferring. The files that are uploaded to our server are also encoded with a AES-256 algorithm, so even in the very unlikely case of someone infiltrating our server, all of the files would be unidentifiable. Our servers also comply with strict security measures – see our server certifications for more information. The text content of each message is again encoded in the database, again using a method that only the sender and receiver of this particular message can decipher. In other words, nobody besides the sender and receiver is able to successfully read the correspondence.

Open the tab ‘Outgoing messages’ in the Sirema.eu app. Now you can see which of your sent messages have been read and if the attached files have been downloaded. Click on the button I FORGOT MY PASSWORD when signing in. Enter your email address and you will instantly receive a new single-use password. Once you have signed in you will be asked to set a new password.

Receiving messages is always free, as is signing up. Sending messages is charged according to our price list.

Once you have read a message and downloaded the attachment, the system considers the message to be delivered and it is deleted from the server at midnight. If you do not know where you have saved the downloaded document, ask the sender to resend the message.

The message is saved on the server and ready to be opened for 90 days. After 90 days the message and its attachment are deleted from the server.

To anybody who has a valid email address. If your receiver has not yet used Sirema, they will first receive an email notification asking them to sign up for free in order to receive your message.

Sirema is a courier service that complies with all GDPR security measures. Sirema is made for sending business correspondence, legal documents and contracts, accounting and financial documents, medical reports and health documents securely and in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. and European GDPR. Signing up and receiving messages via Sirema is always free of charge.
